The second instalment corresponds to 15% of the purchase price, including VAT, reduced by the reservation fee, and is payable within ten business days of signing the Preliminary Purchase Agreement.

85% of the purchase price

The balance, 85% of the purchase price including VAT, must be paid within ten business days following the investor’s request for payment.
